Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Prepare Your Return Scroll
Before sending anything back, you must contact our Guild Masters to receive a Return Authorization Number. Use the template below to craft your message:

Step 2: Package Your Items
Once you receive your Return Authorization Number, carefully package your items including:
- The item in its original condition
- All original packaging and materials
- Any included accessories or bonus items
- The original packing slip or invoice
- Your Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the outside
Step 3: Send to Our Guild Hall
Ship your package to:

Refund Timeline & Methods
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Credit Card/PayPal: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly state what item you’d like to exchange for
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
- Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Through our analysis of the realm’s offerings, we’ve identified these items that cannot be returned once their magical seals are broken:
- Dice Sets – Once these fate-shapers have been used in gameplay, their destiny is sealed
- Opened Books & Box Sets – Knowledge once consumed cannot be unlearned
- Digital Products – These ethereal items cannot be reclaimed once delivered
- Gaming Accessories with removed packaging or signs of use
International Adventurers
For those beyond our primary realm (excluding Asia and certain remote regions), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the adventurer. Please contact us before sending international returns.
